The hotel offers big and comfortable rooms, but the onsite parking costs quite a bit. Although a little pricey for a one-night stay, the service was beyond friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient for a trip to Disney parks, with a few crowding issues expected in the area. The dining experience was chaotic but had a large selection of items. The facilities are fully stocked with lots of different options.
My stay at the hotel was great overall. The room was spacious, ideal for my family of 6, though it had a few minor issues like a sticking bathroom door and a small hole next to the bunk bed. The service was top-notch and very accommodating, even arranging a cost-effective town car for my airport transfer. The location was excellent, being just across the street from California Adventure with convenient walking distance to Disneyland, despite needing some fixing. The dining experience was surprisingly good, offering a variety of options to start the day, and the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and modern, which was perfect for my young grandkids. We stayed in a king suite with a pull-out sleeper that worked great for us. The suite was spacious enough for all seven of us, and we enjoyed the two big LG TVs with DirecTV. However, some issues with the service and smell on the floor slightly affected our experience.
